Walk-Through
Speak to Dr Hestyia, she can be found in the Highlands, just Northeast of the Redeemed Temple.
She thinks the Scepter may still work, and wants you to take it to an altar and try it. The altar can be found in the Halls of Scheol, follow you map co-ordinates to find it. There is no time limit.
Once there target the altar and right click on the Scepter, the Great Mother will spawn and attack you.
Once she is dead return with the Scepter to Dr Hesyia, you have 2 hours to reach her.
She will ask you to show the scepter to Dr Darnell in lower Scheol, in the Tree of Memories. Show her the scepter to receive your reward, there is no time limit.
