Speak to The One With a Graceful Neck, he can be found in the Outer Isles, north of Port Seven. Talk to him about his quest and he will ask you if you will help him find some samples of a red petal flower. He will give you a Gamma Pruning Knife and some clues as to where it should be found. You have 6 hours to find the flowers The flowers can be found on a small beach south of him, just northwest of Port Seven (980x700). Be careful of hecklers in this area, they are nearby in the water. Once you have found the flowers use your knife on them to collect 5 samples, then return to The One With a Graceful Neck and hand him the flowers to receive your reward.
