Treatment Library
The treatment library is a useful device that can be worn to
raise your treatment and first aid skills. There are two versions available,
a general one and another that can be used by Doctors only
Here are a list of items you will need for the device

All the parts required are available from your nearest general
store for QL 125 and below, over this all are available as mission results or
in mission chests. If looking for the lower QL head to the shop and purchase
the four items
First you need a pharma tech tutoring device, these are found in the bookstore
terminal
Next get a portable surgery clinic from the medical supplies terminal, you will
need roughly the same QL as the tutoring device
Last you will require two hacker tools of at least 90% the QL of the tutoring
device and surgery clinic, these can be found in either the tools or devices
terminals (Note: both the hacker tools will be used up in the process)
Once you have all the items it time to combine them, start by
hacking the tutoring device and surgery clinic

library for use by all or the Treatment and Pharmacy Library for use by Doctors
only
Lets look at the ordinary treatment library first, pick up the
hacked tutoring device, and place it on the hacked surgery clinic
