Rings of Tir

The Rings of Tir give small boosts in various abilities and skills, the higher the ring, the more abilities are raised

Here is a list of NPC's you will speak to throughout the quest

High Commander Brock

Tir County, outpost SE of Tir (2860, 740)

Here are a list of items you will need for the quest

	Grunt Dog-Tag	Loot from Fresh/Amateur OT
	Rookie Dog-Tag	Loot from Rookie OT
	Regular Dog-Tag	Loot from Seasoned OT
	Elite Dog-Tag	Loot from Veteran OT
	Commander Dog-Tag	Loot from Ace OT

This quest requires you to various omni-tek employees, gather dog-tags from them and deliver them to Commander Brock in Tir County. There are a total of 5 rings, each needing you to collect 10 dog-tags from higher and higher level mobs
A useful thing to note is that you don't need to visit Brock first to start the quest, then go collect the tags and return for your ring (I will do it this way below just so that it is marked down correctly)... just collect the tags first and then visit Brock to get the quest and complete it all at once
Also note that the mobs that drop the tags always have OT in their name, e.g. Veteran OT Bureaucrat. The easiest place to find these is in missions (setting missions to 100% chaos will help to get human type missions).
Note: Dog-tags are all NoDrop, so you will have to collect them personally

Watcher of Tir Ring

OT Level: Fresh / Amateur 1 - 10

To start the first quest, you will need to go and talk to Brock in Tir County, you will find him at the rear of a shop SE of Tir town. After complimenting him on a nice ring he wears he ask you if you would like to kill some fresh and amateur omni's and bring back some grunt dog tags that you find. Tell him 'I will kill Amateurs' and he will give you a bag to fill. You will need 10 tags in total to fill the bag
You need to kill level 1 - 10 mobs named Fresh OT or Amateur OT, either grab some missions if able or look slightly west of brock for some camps or o along the north shore of Newland Lake
Once you have filled the bag return to Brock, hand him the bag and receive your reward

Sergeant of Tir Ring

To wear:

OT Level: Rookie 30 - 60

Once you are ready to kill Rookie OT's return to Brock and have another word with him about the rings. Show him your Watcher of Tir ring and he will ask you if you are ready to continue. Tell him you are ready and he will hand you another bag, fill this one with Rookie dog-tags and return to Brock and trade it for your reward
Rookie OT's can be found most often in camps around Varmint Woods (around 3800,1600) or if able get some human missions around the correct level

Captain of Tir Ring

To wear:

OT Level: Seasoned 80 - 170 (110 - 140 best range)

As with the last quest, return to Brock when you feel you are ready to continue. Talk to him about the ring and when asked hand over your Sergeant of Tir Ring, he will hand you a bag to fill and send you on your way. Fill the bag with regular dog-tags and return to Brock to exchange it for your Captain of Tir ring
The best place to find seasoned OT's is in missions, but they do also hang out just south of *****. Any OT between level 80 and 170 may drop regular dog-tags, but they will drop most regularly between level 110 and 140

Commander of Tir Ring

OT Level: Veterans 140 - 200 (180 - 190 best range)

Return to Brock once more when you are ready to kill Veteran OT's, the conversation will go as before, but this time you need to hand him your Captain of Tir ring and fill the bag with Elite dog-tags. Return to Brock to exchange the full bag for your reward
Missions are the only way to go to find these tags, best range to find them now is between 180 and 190

High Commander of Tir Ring

OT Level: Aces 190 - 250 (200 - 205 best range)

Only one more ring to collect now, so return to Brock again when you are ready to kill Ace OT's, the conversation will go as usual, but this time you need to hand him your Commander of Tir ring and fill the bag with Commander? dog-tags. Once you have filled it, return to Brock for the final time to exchange the full bag for your reward
Again missions are the only way to go to find these tags, and to come up against OT's that are still not too difficult to kill, but still drop tags try missions between 200 and 205
