Repairman's Hat

This hat is designed to help Engineers boost a few of their tradeskills

Here are a list of items you will need for the item

	Salesman's Hat	Zoftig Blimp, Town of Hope, Mort
	Field Quantum Physics All-Purpose Tool	General Tools and Bases terminal
	Inactive OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots	Pharmacy and Chemistry Components terminal
	Nano Programming Interface	Tools terminal
	Notum Chip Notum Fragment	Loot from random mobs & chests

First thing to do is buy the items required, head to the town of Hope in Mort and speak to Zoftig Blimp there, he sells the Salesman's Hat. Be aware that this is a very expensive item

Now head to the nearest general store and buy the next three items, a Field Quantum Physics All-Purpose Tool from the General Tools and Bases store, an Inactive OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots from the Pharmacy and Chemistry Components store and a Nano Programming Interface from the Tools store. The Nanobots should be at least QL 20

The Notum Chip or Notum Fragment is the only item that is not buyable. For this you will need to loot bodies and chests in mission until you find one, the QL of the notum needs to be at least 90% of the Liquid Nanobots

All that's left now is to make the hat, lets start by activating and stabilizing the Nanobots

Now you need to transform the Salesman's Hat with the Field Quantum Physics All-Purpose Tool

Now the last step is to combine the Nanobots you made earlier with the Salesman's Hat. This will now make the hat NoDrop so only an engineer should do this

The final item will be QL 20 and requires you to be level 20 to wear it, it is a leveling item though, and with enough intelligence it can be upgraded along with your level up to QL 50 by right-clicking on it
