The coffee machines are bureaucrat items which are used to produce
cups of coffee which boost some skills
Here are a list of items you will need for the device

The first item to collect is the small titan message container,
this can be found in mission chests and may take a while to find. Once you have
one head to your nearest general store for the other items
The hacker tool is available from the tools or devices booth,
you will need one at least QL 75. The ID-Extractor and expendable hologram camera
can be purchased from the general tools and bases store, and the Omni-Tek multiform
and sealing cell kit are in the bookstore booth. White wine is available from
your local drinks vendor, find these in either the tradeskill department or
nearest bar
The last items is the coffee block, these are found in the OT
toys and curiosities booth in the specialist commerce shops. There are two types
available, Carioso Menthol will make a normal machine and Fink Fragrant will
make the bureaucrat-only machine
Now we have all the items it is time to combine them, start
by making an ID-Data
