This is a useful item that allows Bureaucrats to access their bank from wherever they are

Here are a list of items you will need for the device

Loot from mobs and chests in missions
ID-Extractor
General Tools and Bases terminal
Expendable Hologram Camera
General Tools and Bases terminal
Omni-Tek Multi-Form
Bookstore terminal

First we need to collect the items that are needed, lets go and find the Order OTSC-490. These can be looted from either mobs or chests in missions, it may take a while to find one

The ID-Extractor and Hologram Camera are both available in any basic shop from the General Tools and Bases terminal and the Omni-Tek Multi-Form in the same shop from the Bookstore terminal

Once you have all four parts it is time to combine them, first you need to make an ID-Data and apply it to your order
