All the items, except one can be bought from your local store. The exception is the Sealed Order Form FPGA-202 which can be looted from one of the bosses in Foreman's static dungeon, western part of The Longest Road area. The boss is named the Lab Director, you will find him in a room above the 2 large circular rooms. He is well camped as he drops many wanted items and has a % chance of appearing every 30 minutes, so you may be in for a long wait
Once you have the sealed order, head back to town and find the general store, the other 4 items are all easily bought here

The first thing to do is to make an ID-Data, this is done by combining the Hologram Camera with your ID-Extractor. The result will be NoDrop
