The Solar Powered Submachine Gun is given to all new Fixers upon their arrival on Rubi-Ka, it can be upgraded into a better version

First item to get will be the basic Solar Powered Submachine Gun which you want to upgrade, if this wasn't handed to you upon your arrival here, or if you threw it away then you can purchase a new one from Vendor Antonio Stacklund

Next you will need one of Antonio's Adaptation Factory, these can also be purchased from Vendor Antonio Stacklund

Lastly you will need to collect Bone Plates from the Malle's on the beach

Once you have all the items, all that is left is to combine them in the correct order
