The Solar-Powered Assault Rifle is given to all new Soldiers upon their arrival on Rubi-Ka, it can be upgraded into a better version

Here are a list of items you will need for the device

	Solar-Powered Assault Rifle	In inventory of all new Soldiers or Purchase from Vendor Antonio Stacklund
	Antonio's Adaptation Factory	Purchase from Vendor Antonio Stacklund
	Fluid Sample	Loot from Waste Collector

First item to get will be the basic Solar-Powered Assault Rifle which you want to upgrade, if this wasn't handed to you upon your arrival here, or if you threw it away then you can purchase a new one from Vendor Antonio Stacklund

Next you will need one of Antonio's Adaptation Factory, these can also be purchased from Vendor Antonio Stacklund

Lastly you will need to collect a Fluid Sample from the Waste Collectors on the docks

Once you have all the items, all that is left is to combine them in the correct order
