Biotech Rod Rings

Biotech Rod Rings are another Alien item that can be used to boost certain nano skills, they come in 3 varieties

Here are a list of items you will need for the device

	Wire Drawing Machine	Tools for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering terminal
	Generic Ring Template	Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Components terminal

	Glowing Biotech Rod	Loot from Alien Bosses
	Dark Biotech Rod	Loot from Alien Bosses

The first, and most difficult item to get hold of is the biotech rod, these can only be looted from alien bosses. The quality of the rod will also be the quality of the finished ring

Next to collect is the small gold ingot, these can either be found as jewelry and melted down, or for the higher quality ones you may require drop randomly from Rubi-Ka dyna bosses

The last three items can all be purchased from your local shop, the wire drawing machine is in the Tools for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering terminal and the personal furnace and ring templates are both in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Components terminal. Be careful to get a high enough quality wire drawing machine

Now you have all the parts, to start use the personal furnaces to melt down the three gold ingots

Now add the basic ring template to your wire to create a plain filigree ring, this step will raise the quality slightly if you have enough Mechanical Engineering

The last step is adding the correct rod to the ring
